Appeals and complaints

Appeals may be lodged by higher education institutions against any evaluation or accreditation decision by HAC. Complaints against any part of the evaluation process or the experts involved may be submitted by internal and external stakeholders. Complaints are dealt with internally or are forwarded to the HAC Ethics Committee or the Board of Appeals, depending on the case.

The HAC Board of Appeals is a statutory, three-member body independent of the HAC.
